There should always be passion inherit to the tools you use. Likewise, you should pick happy programmers who really love or they find passion in coding so that it’s not hard for you to manage them.
Lastly, you should listen to your code, because your code thus everything, it can help you to manipulate and pick the right code to do the right thing. For this chapter, the staffing, it first wants to signify that don’t hire to many people at once, because that can be the cost of a very crucial development. As some professionals’ advice, its better to hire people later, if and only if it’s necessary to do. To get a very effective output and lessen the problems, hire the right people, hire the best for you to keep the goal on the path and create what’s on the plan.
To get the result of the people you already chose to be in your team, the very best way that most professionals do to know the team you have created and see their abilities and skills in doing the project that is on hand.
